River Chimes were originally made as a fundraiser for our favorite nonprofit and then one more for an art auction - they were a huge hit and that convinced us to offer them to you.
The solid brass ‘River’ is shaped by hand and holds about 19-21 chimes. They are strung with high quality beadalon, not fishing line, for longevity. The glass chimes are a mixture of salvaged stained glass, fused glass, iridized and textured glasses. Each has a handmade, veined leaf (or two) to add to the character.
Size: These chimes are approximately 15” wide and hang about 20”. Every set of chimes made will be slightly different.
The first one was received broken, even though it was packed well (possibly due to a lack of fragile sticker) but the seller quickly remedied the situation! The 2nd one arrived without a scratch and beautiful as ever.
