I want to make sure this hardware will work in my space. Can you send me a sample?

We understand that quality hardware is an investment, and helps to have the items in hand when making a decision.

All knobs are available to purchase in singular form and ship with 1" screws ready to install. Perfect to see how it will feel in your space!

Please note glass and stone pulls are custom order and non-returnable.

I see listings that show multiple knobs - are these sold as a set?

Every listing is sold singular. Images that show multiple knobs or pulls are to show off the collection and the color variations/palette you could expect to see in your order.

Do you offer a warranty for your cabinet hardware?

We understand that high-quality, custom cabinet hardware is an investment.

I've spent years perfecting my process and craftsmanship - and offer a lifetime warranty.

Ann Ivory Studios, at their discretion, will repair or replace any knob or pull that breaks or fails to perform due to manufacturing defects. No time limit, and we'll even cover the return shipping for two years after ordering. After two years from the initial order, all shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer.

Is there a discount for bulk orders?

Doesn’t hurt to ask! Please send us a message that includes style, sizes, and quanities you are needing.

How do I know what size Pull I need? What does "CC" mean?

"CC" stands for center to center. This measurement is the most important to match for cabinets with previously drilled holes and you'll be replacing the existing hardware.

Measurement should be taken from the center of one screw hole to the center of the other hole.

I made a mistake when placing my order. How can I fix this?

Please reach out to us with the order number and correct information. Depending on the progress of your order, we may be able to correct it before production or shipping.

Do you accept custom orders?

Absolutely! Have a vision? I'll work with you to make it happen.

Most of what you see in our glass hardware can be customized by adding or removing colors to get the combination and look you're searching for.

Can I make changes to a custom order?

Changes to custom orders already placed can be tricky, depending on how far along we are in the process and the changes wanted. Please reach out to us directly by phone with the order information and the desired change.

What's your return policy?

Please contact us directly to see if your order qualifies for a return.

Return requests must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods to qualify for a store credit. Authorized returns must be mailed to a provided address within 10 days of acceptance.

Store credit is redeemable for 1 year and can be used on any of our in stock products.

NON-RETURNABLES:

Hardware Pulls and artwork are considered custom order and are non-returnable. Knob orders over 15 pieces are created as matching collection and considered custom order and non-returnable.

My items arrived damaged, what are the next steps?

While we take special care in packing our goods to reach you safely, we understand that things can happen while in transit.

If you suspect damage, please take photos of product and packaging and notify us immediately (within 10 business days) to discuss repair or replacement. All purchases over $200 are fully insured.
